It All Started When.... 

"Gutter Mafia Family" Records was started in "2005" when CEO/CO-FOUNDER Nicholas (King) Baucom-Daniels was consulted by countless friends and family members after kings return to his home town in Bedford- Stuyvessant Brooklyn, New York in "2003" from Santa Maria California.  King dropped his debut mixtape under the name "King Nicc Dogg".  King stood on the corner across the street from MTV. Along with the help from his long time friend/family member Juss Haze. togethter King and Juss printed copies from Juss' laptop computer. He caught an amazing response from the Music Community.  King saw his friends and family relating there dreams, schemes and hustles thus he wanted to bring it together to reppresent one large project of success.  In "2004-2005" King found himself Recording with Triple X in the Lower East Side(L.E.S.) of Manhattan. X working with Fat Joe and countless other artist X thought with his Engineering and Kings sound and money could help each others careers grow, King paid out of his pocket for many Artist one in Particular "Murda".  King and Murda collabed on the remix to Kingz "03-04" classics titled "WHO" the track Who was created after the mixtape single by G-unit titled "YOU".  Murda felt "Who" was a hit and felt him and King should do it over as their first track for him as an Artist on the label, next after King confronted his cousin/artist Movez and his cousin Miguel who started King freestyling in his backyard, on how the name sounded King shouted out Gutter Mafia in his First Authentic Track "Sometimes" Produced by A-Train.  After "Sometimes King thought he would learn The Power Of Network To Reach out Success for his Label.  King and Murda remixed the song titled "this is how we do", They renamed it "Pour it out" and shouted out Gutter Mafia introducing Gutter Mafia as a Label.  King collabed with his friend Killah's two cousins (Young Dee and G-Bakes) along with one special artist Emmanuel "Young Blizzard" Cassaberry who recently died an untimely death August of "2007" on his first mixtape, where as the 05 mixtape only had Murda and Twiss.

After the 2005 mixtape King ventured to meet with Bang-em beats Fantum after a lead from Clic Clack member Puma forming hits like "Welcome to My Hood" and "There's Times" Kingz songwriting and beat making was starting to show. Fantum King and Clic Clack performed all over Manhattan and Brooklyn as 2006 approached King stumbled along "Real Live Krew" and "Bak At Yah Productions" King found Jay Cain, Jive(now known as Forcer) and there first artist as well as one of Kingz promotionz staff Lady Nicole's and his friend Gerard "McGruff" Pruitt who also passed's little brother Hardbody(now known as Body da Veteren) and founder of Thorobred Records. King recorded "I'm Feelin It" a remake of the Jay-Z classic, and has been working with them since on countless hits and performances Including Gutter Mafia'z Bloc Party tours thrown every year in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn Ny. After Bangem-Beats King joined arms with his nieghbor and close friend Young Tradge CEO of Bak At Yah Productions. and his list of producers such as Dolow and T-blaze. T-Blaze found his way working alongside 50 cent and his production staff and Tradge along Red Cafe and Maino and some of there artist even opened for Lil Kim. Bak At Yah as well as R.L.K. were/are successfully used mainly for their engineering skills each with their own recording studios King met countless artist and producers all help building up to his debut album "The Rise(Of KING)" as well as collecting once and a lifetime colabs some saying "King makes you feel comfortable in the studio and at first it may feel weird the certain things he asks you to do but at the end of the song it feels like a masterpiece."

As 2007 approached King was put on to Red Dirt Records as his distribution team. They put out his 06 mixtape and inspired King to write "Let's Go" and "Don't You Trip" in 2007 King was in close encounters with J.R. Rockefeller owner of Dreamcast ent. pushing King to step up and grab his as a CEO King saw his dreams and visions starting to turn to reality. King goes on to record with Don Lugo friend of his close time partner Ya Money brought out the 07 mixtape also colabed on 06 mixtape. King dropped a preview to "Sellin" his street single "Sellin" was made by King in regards to the way the industry didn't like explicit lyrics King didn't curse but yet explaining "There's so many more things to talk about in life, I use curse words for emphasis and expression". Around this time King stumbled along F.M.M. Records meeting  Spook, and Future and others. Amongst them King developed Young Dizz one of Spook's niehbors

As the year pressed on Gutter Mafia Family lost "Young Blizz" as a whole in august of 2007 King was the last
friend/family member to bury one what King says "Was the only artist that made not only King but all his fans feel like they were spitting on da mic through his lyrics...." Blizz soul lives on through the works of Gutter Mafia, and his own two labels Slo Def, and One Take Ent.

In 2008 King lost his headquarters due to being setup. Learning to deal with the harsh realities of life King slept on trains, park benches, and friends and families homes even though he had a big beautiful house in California he wanted to help his Mother. So in parts he worked for U.H.O. and he's been playing drums for churches since he was 5 years of age. during 2008 he performed on Appolo theater in Harlem and was on ABC with known magician David Blaine. He worked to start his wholesale/distribution extension of his label selling Obama merchandise making 3-500 a day he achieved and lost his goal as of Dec of a new headquarters in Ny but says "what don't kill you only makes you stronger and i thank God im not dead" Another untimely death came christmas 2008 by way of rapper/cousin Andrew "Bigg C-Bear" cummings. "Now God could hear you freestyle" you will be missed but not forgotten

it's 2009 Gutter Mafia Family Records been alive for 4 years and knows that it's time to grasp the place they've been waiting to behold since they've started #1.....
